The main problem that a youngster facing right now is finding a decent job.There are so many reasons for this unemployment problem.
In this blog i am going to share my little experience on it...
I am a final year student studying in reputed college near thiruvarur district.
In our college software related companies will come and hire students from our college.
Unfortunately I belong to electronics and communication(ECE)department.
I don't know any programming language.
My ambition in life is to become an good engineer and also to become a good worker for my company where i am going to work.
So far I had attended 10 interviews from various software companies.
But i had not been selected in any of those companies.
But i had gained experience from all the interviews that i have faced.
In my short experience i have found the reason for unemployment.
There are so many reasons for it.
FIRST REASON-Everyone is going in the same path.
Whatever the field it is.If my friend is going to the interview,then i am also attending that interview even though i did not have passion on it.It creates the competition for the job and the person who are loving to do the job also had the chance of loosing their passionate job
SECOND REASON-Selected candidates are competing with us.
In my college there are some students who have been selected in one company(x) but they are also coming for other companies and getting selected in that company also.But what they do, they will go and work only in one company.It results a unemployment problems
The solution for this is-
To decide your passionate career by yourself and proceed towards it and not get distracted by others.
All the company has to formulate the rules that if the person is selected in any company he should not attend any more interviews
All these are based on my short experience....
