Animal Language and its perception for Humans

Like Humans, Animals have the capacity to communicate between them and also they have the ability to convey info to humans.
How Humans speak-
Human and animals both have the prerequisite organs that produce sound, such as lungs, throat, voice box, lips and tongue.

The difference lies in the movement and relative position of these organs that make us to speak. Humans have Longer throat and smaller mouth that is helpful for them to speak.

Speech is product of breath control i.e humans are able to control speed which lungs release air.
Animals lack the flexibility of the vocal tract to produce complex sounds that resemble human language.

But they are still communicating with us

One typical example is
***Frogs Use Sounds To Communicate
Frogs have big eardrums which is helping them to communicate via sound(croak). The sound waves produced by frog is ultrasonic wave.

Humans can't hear anything above about 20 kilohertz range but frogs average at around 38 kilohertz.

So it is beyond the range of the human ear. They can only be heard by other frogs.
So animals are communicating to us we are not able to decode it.

Many scientists are trying to decode that...

It is all about frequency..
Frequency range: typical adult male-85 to 180 Hz(voice)
Frequency range: typical adult female-165 to 255 Hz(voice)
Frequency range: young people-20 Hz to 20 kHz(hearing)

But
Frequency range:Dog-23 to 54 kHz(voice)
Frequency range:Dog-55 Hz to 79 kHz(hearing)

The range of animals such as dog is exceeding our range.

That's why we are not able to hear or understand their sound
