One day Indra Krishnamoorthy was very happy to inform that he had become CEO of PEPSI-CO to her mother but her mother replied that it's ok Go and buy milk from the shop.It showed us two things

PAST
First person is my Mother She is not an employee rather she is a house wife.She is not a graduate but thinks like graduate.She had taken many decisions in our house surprisingly nothing went wrong.My father will take important decisions by the help of my mother.So my mother has decision making authority.The role of my mother in our home is really amazing.
Second person is my Sister she is studying 12th standard.she has full authority of deciding her career.we are all giving equal rights to her if we are not giving equal rights in any situation
she will demand her rights
I think in this modern world there is no need of women empowerment.Because Around 99.99% understand their rights and power.They become independent.Very few are unchanged.In my point of view if a woman do things that she is liking by herself , she don't need any empowerment.

Women did not have decision making authority in home.Even they did not have rights to speak in home for the purpose of making decisions.They did not have rights to choose their career,life partner...They are forced by someone to act in different situation.
